Free no contact Delivery Option
In response to the COVID-19, Jones Appliance & TV in Iowa Falls is now offering a free no contact sales and delivery option to all our customers who live with-in our normal trade area.
This is truly a no contact option. If you the customer place an order via phone, chat, or web site order, we will contact you via phone to make payment arrangements via credit card. Once payment is made, we will schedule a time to deliver that product to your home. Upon arrival to your home, we will call you and drop off your order just outside your home (or in your garage if available). We will not make any face to face contact! The product can be dropped off in original packaging or we can unpack the product if you wish. We will then be on our way limiting the contact and spread for this virus. This option applies to all orders totaling $100.00 or more and does include parts, Phoenix laundry and dish detergent, and water filters as well as all major appliances, televisions, grills, and mattresses.
While our showroom is still currently open for normal business, this free delivery option only applies to true no contact purchases and is not available for in store (in person) purchases. This offer is being made for the safety of you our customers and the safety of our employees.
This option will be available for a limited time and will end when this COVID-19 crisis is over.
We will still be offering full Professional delivery with installation during this time on a case by case basis. (All normal fees apply to this option)
