We had to get a new dishwasher so my wife went to Jones to see what they had. She called me after she left and said it was by far the best customer service experience she has ever had... Based on today's experience, we plan to stick with Jones for all future purchases.

I really like the store and its owner Dave. Their prices are the same as the big box stores without having to drive an hour. They also have professional delivery and they do service. Both are nonexistent at many stores. Think again if you believe that you have to go to Des Moines for competitive prices. Save time and money, just go see Dave.
